Light Maintenance

I was looking at the logs today. There have been a lot of SPAM comments recently and I decided to look at the logs to see if I could tell why the safeguards were not working. I had earlier set the system to automatically close comments that were old. I do not receive a lot of traffic here from real people, so there is not really a problem with doing that. If that changes, I might change the policy. I did see that there were a lot of messages about items being forwarded. In sequential order. This says to me that someone has been using this site to forward SPAM. So I have turned it off. This is the only notice I'm giving. It's a shame. It was a nice feature.
